We are StrideCore -

StrideCore is the workforce training and development arm of ITM Staffing Enterprise, Houston’s first Candidate Representation Firm™.

We help young adults get certified, get confident, and get connected to real workforce opportunities in construction and skilled trades.

Our mission is simple — train, certify, and place. We don’t just teach skills — we build readiness, mindset, and pathways to real careers.

Hands-on & Real World Focused

Every part of our training is built around real work environments. Students learn how to move on site, use tools responsibly, communicate clearly, and work as part of a crew.

Industry-Recognized Certifications

Graduates earn credentials that matter: OSHA10/30, First Aid/CPR, Forklift Licensure, and Site Safety Training. These are certifications contractors and hiring managers look for.

Built-In Job Placement Pipeline

Because StrideCore is powered by ITM Staffing Enterprise, students don’t walk away hoping to find work. We actively advocate for, refer, and support them into work placements.

Support Beyond Training

Career guidance, professional expectations, resume support, call scripts, and confidence coaching. We don’t just train workers — we help them become professionals.

Savannah Mathis 

CEO
Savannah Mathis is a U.S. Army Veteran and entrepreneur who saw a major gap in the workforce system: people don’t just need jobs — they need preparation, support, and opportunities that respect them. She created StrideCore to make certification and career access more attainable for young adults. Every part of this program reflects her belief that when you invest in people, the whole community rises.
