Learn

Gain OSHA, First Aid/CPR & Forklift Certification training designed to prepare you for real job sites. This is hands-on, relevant, and built for people who want to start working quickly.

Prepare 

Develop job-readiness skills: communication, safety awareness, work expectations, and confidence on the job. This is where you get workplace-ready.

Launch 

Once certified, you are eligible for representation through ITM Staffing Enterprise for job placement into local construction & general labor roles.

How the StrideCore Program Works 

StrideCore is a 3-phase Work-Ready Program designed to help you enter the workforce quickly and confidently. Free for eligible students. 

You’ll complete industry-recognized certifications (OSHA + CPR/First Aid + Forklift), build job-readiness skills, and then become eligible for representation through ITM Staffing Enterprise for placement into real job opportunities.

Training is designed to be hands-on, practical, and supportive — whether you're just starting out, switching careers, or rebuilding.

Our instructors are certified experts with real-world field experience. You’ll learn exactly what’s expected on actual job sites — so when you show up, you’re prepared, confident, and ready to work.

Seats are limited. Priority given to ages 18–25.
